Bianca is a fourth-year pharmacy student at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.  At an early age, she was accepted to a leading women’s private liberal arts college — run by nuns!  It was there that she became published and greatly involved with female health care.  Working and volunteering in a variety of family planning free clinics — including Planned Parenthood, research laboratories, and hospital maternity wards allowed her to see first hand the difficulties women faced regarding their anatomy.  She believes pharmacists play critical roles in the betterment of patient’s health and are the unsung heroes of the medical world!
